Which Centrelink payment will the deduction come from? *Centrepay is only available from eligible Centrelink payments — for example JobSeeker, Family Tax Benefit and pensions. If you're not sure your payment is eligible, your worker or Centrelink can check.

Attendance and Cancellation Policy. I have read and accept Drive Blue’s Back on Track Attendance and Cancellation Policy. I understand that: • if I cannot come to my course, I must tell Drive Blue in writing — by email to submissions@driveblue.com.au or by text message to 0413 198 025 — at least 72 hours before the course starts. The notice must come from me, not from a support worker or anyone else; • if I give less than 72 hours’ notice, or I do not come and do not tell Drive Blue, I still have to pay the full course fee, and my Centrepay deductions will keep going until it is paid; and • if Drive Blue cancels my course, I will be offered a new date or a refund of what I have paid.

What happens next

Drive Blue checks your form and your signed SA501, and checks your remaining balance against our payment records. If anything does not match, we contact you before setting anything up.
Drive Blue sets up your deduction in the Centrepay system and keeps your signed SA501 on file.
We’ll email you as soon as your Centrepay deduction is active, confirming when your deductions start.

Drive Blue will action this within the next 72 hours.

If you said yes to sharing, we will only share what you agreed to, with the organisation for your community. If you said no, nothing will be shared. Either way, it does not affect your Centrepay payments or your course.
