This policy outlines the cancellation and rescheduling conditions that apply to all Drive Blue bookings.

Clients who cancel or reschedule with 24 hours or more notice will not incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled session fee. This reflects the time reserved and the difficulty of filling the vacancy at short notice.
If a client does not attend a booked session without prior notice, the full session fee may be charged.
Rescheduling requests made with 24 hours or more notice will be accommodated subject to availability. Repeated rescheduling may affect booking priority.
In the event Drive Blue needs to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be given as much notice as possible and offered either a full reschedule or a full refund.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms for program-based and workshop services are agreed as part of the program delivery arrangement. These may differ from standard lesson cancellation terms.
To cancel or reschedule a session, contact Drive Blue as early as possible via phone or email. The method and timeframes for cancellation contact are confirmed at the time of booking.
